Gas central heating with electric coal effect fire. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for two cars. Garden with lawned area and patio with a brick built bbq area for use with disposable bbqs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 8 mins walk, beach 3 mins walk. Please note: There is scaffolding on the neighbouring property until further notice.

Newquay is home to three central beaches, the National Surf Centre and a collection of water sports. With a zoo, sea life centre and a number of restaurants and pubs, this town promises a holiday to remember. For walking opportunities, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and additional beaches, certainly worth a visit.

"This lovely town house is beautifully furnished and has everything you need and more for a 5 star family holiday home. The location was perfect with the town and several beaches right on the doorstep. There is lots to explore with or without the car and it was always great to come back to the house which was so welcoming and well equipped. The beds were comfortable too! We would definitely stay in this house again and have already recommended it to our friends. The owners were very helpful and the communication was great all the way through.
