This converted barn is located near the Peak District village of Longnor and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin with en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC, 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Ground floor cloakroom. Kitchen/diner. Sitting room with woodburning stove. Shared external laundry room.
Milking Parlour is a fabulous barn conversion situated on Holmes Farm in the hamlet of Reapsmoor, within the Peak District National Park. It offers a king-size double (zip/link can be twin on request) with en-suite shower room, a king-size double (zip/link can be twin on request) with en-suite bathroom and a double with en-suite shower room, sleeping six altogether. There is a ground floor cloakroom, kitchen/diner and sitting room with woodburning stove and outside is a shared garden with hot tub and ample off-road parking. Oil central heating with underfloor heating on ground floor and woodburning stove, radiators upstairs. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, shared washing machine and tumble dryer, TV, and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair, stairgate and travel cot available. Off road parking for 3 cars. Shared garden with lawned area, patio and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles. Note: The check in time for this property is from 4pm. Note: The washing machine and tumble dryer are shared with the other 2 holiday lets on site in an external laundry room. Please note: this property does not accept hen, stag or similar parties.
