There is also a shower room and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with a bench. Walks are available from the door and there are many interesting towns, villages and attractions in the area. Swinhay is a lovely choice. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Oil central heating and freestanding electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with bench. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 mins walk, pub 1.6 miles. Note: The property is accessed up three stone steps. Note: Dog must be kept on a lead as the owners' keep chickens.

The charming village of Hook is set on the banks of the Western Cleddau and is surrounded by woodland making this a fantastic countryside retreat. Previously a mining village, Hook offers a social club and a shop which will provide for your basic needs. Four an a half miles away is Haverfordwest, the county town of Pembrokeshire with quaint little gift shops, pubs, restaurants, tea rooms and a vibrant night life. Haverfordwest sits at the mouth of the River Cleddau and with its castle, museum and large leisure complex it is a great day out for all the family.
