Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Additional fuel on honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 7 miles and pub 2 miles. Note: There is an open tread spiral staircase, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility and children should be supervised. Note: This property is situated on the main A684, some associated road noise may be heard.

Garsdale is a small hamlet of stone cottages and farmhouses, nestled together with a village hall, church and chapel, resting at the foot of the dale alongside the meandering river Clough between Sedbergh and Hawes. Sheep graze on either side of the dale in this tranquil valley which is perfectly situated for days out in the Yorkshire Dales or the Lake District. The nearest market towns are Sedbergh, 5 miles to the west, and Hawes, 9 miles to the east, both of which retain their ancient character and traditions and are well situated for shops, banks and traditional pubs.
