This homely barn conversion sits on the outskirts of Eastwood in Nottinghamshire and can sleep six people across three bedrooms. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower over bath, basin and WC, 1 x twin with en-suite bath, basin and WC. Ground-floor WC and basin. Kitchen with dining area. Utility room. Sitting room with woodburning stove.

The Dairy is a spacious barn conversion set in the town of Eastwood and sleeps six people in three bedrooms. There are two king-size doubles and one twin, all of which have en-suite facilities. Downstairs is the sitting room with woodburning stove, kitchen with dining area and WC with basin. Outside is a lawned grass area and off-road parking for three cars. The Dairy is an excellent base for families and friends to enjoy at any time of year. The ultimate in year-round appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.

Travel cot available, linen not provided. Off-road parking for 3 cars in enclosed courtyard. Lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.7 miles, pub 0.9 miles. Please note: No hen/stag parties or similar.

Eastwood is a former mining town resting within the Broxtowe District of Nottinghamshire. The town is mostly famous for being the birthplace of author D.H. Lawrence, with a museum where you can learn of his story. Also discover a choice of excellent shops, eateries and pubs throughout the town. The lively city of Nottingham is some eight miles away, offering a wider range of high-quality amenities and facilities.The city of Derby is also easy to reach.
