This converted barn is situated on a working farm near to the town of Bodmin in Cornwall and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Mostly ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x first floor double with en-suite shower, WC and basin, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and basin. Open plan living room with kitchen, sitting and dining area with woodburner. Utility.
Annie's Cottage is a delightful converted barn situated on a working farm near to the town of Bodmin in Cornwall. The cottage can sleep four people in one double with en-suite facilities and one twin room as well as a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area with log burner. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a patio with furniture. Annie's Cottage is a lovely cottage which can be enjoyed throughout the year.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio with gravelled area and access to nearby 3 acre field for dog exercising. Four well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Historic town of Bodmin 3 miles away. Supermarkets and pub 2.5 miles away. Note: This is a working farm and dogs must be kept on leads at all times, the 3 acre dog walking field field is only 2 mins walk away. Please note: no children under the age of 8.Note: Check in 5pm, check out 9.30am
