The cottage can sleep two people in one king-size double bedroom with en-suite facilities. The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living area with kitchenette, dining area and sitting area. To the outside is off road parking for two cars. There is shared use of the owner's lawned gardens and shared use of outdoor swimming pool. Set in a stunning location, The Granary makes a wonderful holiday at any time of the year. Herefordshire offers visitors the chance to journey through lush green countryside, enjoying splendid black-and-white timbered villages, a magnificent cathedral city, a fairytale Georgian castle at Eastnor or books galore in famous Hay-on-Wye.

Electric programmed radiators. Combination microwave oven, 2-ring electric hob, fridge, TV with Freeview, Wifi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared use of owner's lawned gardens. Shared use with owner of small outdoor swimming pool (open May to September). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: Care to be taken with narrow, spiral staircase. Note: Babes-in-arms only.

The village of Peterchurch, with its handful of pubs and restaurants, is situated on the River Dore in the beautiful Golden Valley, flanked by the Black Mountains to the west and gentle hills to the east. Just 10 miles away is the market town of Hay-on-Wye, famous for its book shops, excellent pubs, restaurants and antique shops. Surrounded by pastureland and woodland, the village is also close to the Offa's Dyke and Wye Valley walks. The ancient city of Hereford lies 12 miles away and boasts a magnificent cathedral, the famous 'chained library', and a medieval bridge over the winding River Wye.
