Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for one car with additional parking available 200 yards away. Lockable bike storage. Lawned garden to front with furniture and sloping garden to rear. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 10 mins walk, shop 5.5 miles. Note: Mobile phone reception can be limited at this property. Note: Between the rear door and the garage/rear garden, there is vehicle access to the other properties and care must be taken. Note: The rear garden is sloping and with a couple of steep drops within the garden.

Kenmore, east of Loch Tay, is in the Perth and Kinross region of Scotland. It has shops, a couple of hotels and a restaurant and with the towns of Aberfeldy, Pitlochry and Dunkeld nearby, this is an excellent location. The area is famed for its scenery, with the Cairngorms National Park close by.
