Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, baby bath and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Front decked area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking or vaping. Shop 5 miles, pub 15 mins walk. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Note this property can be booked with 952314 and 952137 if you have a larger party size each property can sleep 4.

"We stayed in this property for a week. The view is amazing and we saw deer in the fields most days. The property was well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was well decorated to a high standard. There were lots of little extras (the soft toy let on my son's pillow with a little note to take him home was a lovely touch which was really appreciated). The hosts were lovely and struck the right balance between being on hand if you had any problems (not that we did) and giving you privacy. The local pub is lovely (if a bit of an uphill trek) and the location allows you to explore the south and North coasts of Devon. We would stay here again. "
