Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with TV and en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor cloakroom. Kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area. Utility. Sitting room. Snug with double sofa bed.
Bro Fair is a semi-detached house situated in the village of Graigfechan just three miles from Ruthin. The house sleeps five people in one king-size double bedroom with TV and en-suite shower, one twin and one single bedroom together with family bathroom. Also in the house is a kitchen with dining area, sitting room and a snug with a sofa bed. Outside is ample off road parking and a garden, courtyard and decking. Bro Fair is a lovely large house ideal for families and friends to get together and explore this beautiful region of the country. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 4 x TVs (two with Sky Movies and Sky Sports) and High Speed Fibre Optic WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Front lawn. Rear patio with decking and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 6 mins walk. Note: Front lawn is sloping with a drop, children should be supervised at all times. Note: There are various internal steps and an open tread staircase so care should be taken. Note: The sofa bed in the snug is for flexibility only. Note: Max occupancy 5

Graigfechan is a small, peaceful village in a delightful part of Wales, just 3 miles south of the hilltop town of Ruthin, which lies to the north of Llangollen via the breathtaking Horseshoe Pass. The village has a pleasant pub which serves quality food, and is used as the start of the Offa's Dyke Walk 5, a 5.5 mile scenic walk along the nearby beautiful Clwydian Hill Range.
