Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Front and rear enclosed lawned gardens with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 2 mins walk. Note: Access to the twin room is through the double bedroom only.

The lovely, small rural village of Biggin is situated perfectly for exploring the Peak District National Park. The village is a scattered stone-built village with a church, a lovely pub serving good food and Biggin Hall Restaurant. Biggin is close to the wonderful National Trust owned Dovedale and the Tissington Trail, with excellent access for all for walking and cycling.
