This fantastic detached cottage is in the town of Llangollen and sleeps twelve people in five bedrooms. Five bedrooms: 1 x super king-size double with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC, 1 x super king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request) with sofa bed, Juliet balcony and en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC, 1 x king-size double, 1 x ground floor four poster double, 1 x 4' double. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Dining room. Sitting room. Retreat hut with double bed, sleeps two adults only.
Tannochbrae is a fantastic detached cottage in the town of Llangollen. The cottage sleeps twelve people in five bedrooms which are a ground floor four poster double, a 4' double, a king-size double, a super king-size double with an en-suite and a super king-size double which is a zip/link and can be a twin room on request with an en-suite and a sofa bed. There are also two bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a separate dining room and a sitting room. Outside is a lawned garden with a patio and gravelled area with furniture, BBQ and a shepherd's hut. There is also off road parking for five cars and a garage for storage. Tannochbrae is a fantastic choice with walks from the door and lots of local amenities. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Gas central heating. Gas range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with sky, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. WiFi available. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 5 cars. Lawned garden with fire pit, gravelled area and patio with furniture and BBQ. Retreat/ Arts/Craft room (sleeps 2) Shepherd's hut with single futon, sink and electric hob. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 12 mins walk. Note: There are steps from the patio to the lawned garden and 3 steps up to the shepherd's hut. There is one step up to the retreat hut. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: Children are not allowed beyond fence at bottom of garden.
