The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with breakfast table, shared utility and sitting room with dining area. To the outside is off road parking for two cars, There is an enclosed patio garden with furniture and pond as well as access to the owner's lawned gardens. Straw Paddock Cottage is an ideal base to explore all that this lovely area has to offer. Electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer in utility, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Secure bike storage. Garden with furniture. Access to owner?s lawned gardens. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Care to be taken due to open pond in garden. Note: The owner has several cats which are around the grounds and will make you feel welcome. Note - There are regular bus services from Cricklade to Cirencester, Cheltenham and Swindon.

"A cosy cottage with everything you need. A 10 minute walk into the town, which has two food shops and various pubs and restaurants and takeaways. Owner Ruth was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend."
"I would recommend this cottage to anyone - it's cosy, warm, comfortable and beautifully well appointed, not to mention SPOTLESSLY clean. I arrived to find tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and Prosecco provided, and the owners were friendly, helpful and welcoming. (The cottage is a bungalow in their very large garden.) Everything you could need is provided (hairdryer, iron, ironing board etc), the bedroom is comfortable and cosy, and the bathroom clean and modern. There is plenty of parking available. There is a Tesco Express five minutes' walk away, along with pubs that come highly recommended for their food. 10/10 all round. This is actually the BEST holiday cottage I have ever stayed in - no contest."
"Just returned from a week's holiday at Straw Paddock Cottage located in the village of Cricklade, Wiltshire. The cottage is well equipped to a very high standard and has everything one would need on a self catering basis. The gardens are well kept with various seating areas. We enjoyed the company of the two cats Max and Felix while we relaxed in the gardens. The owners Ruth and Jon are great hosts. Straw Paddock Cottage is a great base for visiting the Cotswolds. We will be back!"
