Oil central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Roadside parking within estate grounds. Shared use of courtyard with garden furniture and communal grounds. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Open tread stairs to first floor and two steps to access the cottage, care to be taken.Note: External laundry service available on request and at additional cost. Note: Five steps up to third bedroom with low head height to access room. Note: River, stream and pond in estate grounds, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Check-in 4pm.

Kirkmichael is a small village in South Ayrshire. It is home to a local shop and pub and is a good touring base for discovering this beautiful area. Just three miles away is the town of Maybole. The Ayrshire coastline is within easy reach, whilst the busy market town of Ayr is just 10 miles away.
