There is a family shower room. The rest of the property contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. To the outside of the property there is off road parking for two cars. The Old Smithy is a wonderful character property for family or friends to explore Staffordshire and the nearby Peak District National Park. The ultimate in "year-round" appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 small cars or one larger car due to shared access. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 8 mins walk. Note: The cottage has some low doorways and sloping ceilings in the bedrooms, care to be taken.
