"We were due to stay 3 nights here but we cut our stay to 2 nights due to a combination of the weather deteriorating and the Covid19 virus uncertainty.But the cottage was a really clean and functional place,a tiny bit dated with some of the decor and furniture but it was ideal for our needs,which was to get away for a couple of nights with our dog Kevin and try and forget about the current situation.Chinley is a great base and the cottage was about a 15 minute walk to the shops and a bit further to the pubs.The cottage has some super views a large garden and is attached to the owners farmhouse property who are very helpful.It was very well priced and worth the money we paid.Pity about the weather and the virus,I wish the owners all the best for the future."
