Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. One allocated parking space, plus additional roadside parking around the apartment and on the promenade. Balcony with table and chairs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 5 mins walk, pub 2 mins walk. Note: Children should be supervised due to the balcony off the living area. Note: Lift available to second floor however, there are 16 steps leading up to the entrance of the main building. There is also a rear entrance with no steps that also lead to the lift. Note: Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. Note: This property does not accept infants who require a travel cot due to the bedroom measurements not being suitable for travel cots from a health & safety perspective.

The seaside resort of Rhos-on-Sea is a coastal town in North Wales. Situated in the shadow of the towering Bryn Euryn, with Penrhyn Bay to the west and Colwyn Bay to the east. Spend a day on the beach at Colwyn Bay, enjoying the abundance of water sports available at Port Eirias, With lots to do close by, and the seaside town of Llandudno within a short drive, there is never a shortage of things to do in Rhos-on-Sea.

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean appartment which is very well placed for exploring the beautiful North Wales coast. The appartment is located a short stroll away from Rhos on Sea and Colwyn Bay where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Would recommend The Toad which is literally next door to the appartment and Coast for breakfast in Rhos on Sea. Loved the view from the front room on the appartment. We even had dolphins swimming past one morning. Highly recommended."
