Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, chest freezer and washing machine in utility, slimline dishwasher, 2 x TVs, 1 with FreeSat and 1 with Freeview, DAB radio, selection of books and games, Superfast broadband. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Hairdyrer, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Roadside parking directly outside of the property for one vehicle, additional vehicles can be parked approx 100 metres from the property. Front and rear enclosed lawned garden with furniture. Additional folding chairs are available in the utility if required. Two well-behaved pets welcome (to be kept on ground floor only). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 min drive, pub 3 miles. Note: There is a step from the sitting room to dining room and a further step from dining room to kitchen.

Penmon overlooks a rocky shoreline with footpaths and rockpools for visitors to enjoy. Close by is Puffin Island, which can be visited by boat from Beaumaris. Heritage lovers will enjoy discovering the historic Penmon Priory, a 13th Century Augustinian House complete with its original holy well. Adjoining the Priory is a Deer Park enclosed by a stone wall over 2 miles long. The nearby town of Beaumaris offers pubs, restaurants and a full range of amenities.
