A stunning detached farmhouse situated close to Llanbister, sleeping ten people in six bedrooms. Six bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with TV and en-suite shower, basin and WC, 2 x double with TV, 1 x ground floor double with TV, 1 x single with TV, 1 x single. Bathroom with P-shaped bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar (seats 6) and woodburner. Utility. Dining room (seats 10) with woodburner. Sitting room with electric fire.
Upper Caerfaelog is a stunning detached farmhouse situated close to Llanbister, sleeping ten people in six bedrooms. The acommodation includes six bedrooms, including a ground floor double and a master with en-suite facilities. The well-equipped kitchen has a warming woodburner, and a breakfast bar that can seat six guests. A separate dining room, also benefits from a woodburner and the sitting room offers enough comfy seating for all guests. Outside, there is a lawned garden and a patio with hot tub, sauna, furniture and an outdoor TV, as well as enough off road parking for six cars. Upper Caerfaelog provides all the ingredients for a truly memorable holiday and will have you wanting to return time and time again. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. Range cooker with double electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 7 x TVs (one external) with FreeSat, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 6 cars. Secure bike storage. Enclosed front and side lawned garden with patio, hot tub, sauna, furniture and external TV. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: This property has a private water supply. Note: The property is accessed down a 350 yard farm track. Note: There is no access to any of the farm buildings and the farm yard is not used for any regular work therefore is usually very quiet.

"After our sat nav took us on a wild goose chase we eventually arrived at this amazingly spacious cottage. There was 8 of us who stayed here from the 9th-12th of February 2018. All females for 3 of our birthdays that land in Feb. The owner of the cottage communicated effectively and we had no trouble getting into the cottage and finding everything that we needed. Also, when the electricity went off on the Saturday morning it was one simple telephone call and two men arrived and fixed this immediately. The kitchen was our favourite room of the cottage it had a lovely country style feel, it had everything you could ask for in there and when we arrived the owners had even left a basket with a bottle of wine, some eggs, dishwasher tablets, fire starters and washing machine tabs which was amazing!! The living room and dining room were just as comfortable they fit the 8 of us in fine and it was nice to eat our breakfasts together around the HUGE dining table. The bedrooms were cute and comfortable, very clean all had a set of towels and a bar of soap on them on arrival. Beds were extremely comfortable, bedding was clean and the views from the windows were beautiful (especially in the snow). As it was February we didn't spend much time outside but when we did we went into the hot tub in the garden which was lovely and hot and fit 5 of us in comfortably (the other 3 didn't fancy it). By the back door there was a separate towel for each of us specifically for the hot tub - these came in handy when the heavens decided to open and the hail stones came down heavy ha!! We did the mile walk to the pub at the bottom of the cottage "Lion Hotel" the staff seemed surprised to see 8 females walking in to play pool at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. However, they were friendly and we had a lovely chill there for an hour or so. The walk was relatively ok, we are not the fittest bunch so the up hill bits there was a lot of huffing and puffing but we made it :) Overall, a fantastic property that met all our needs, we had a fabulous weekend and will be sure to recommend this place to anyone we speak too!!"
"Beautifully presented accommodation in a lovely peaceful location. Very family friendly with fantastic facilities, the hot tub and sauna were stunning. What an amazing place to spend my 60th birthday with my family, with very friendly owners, highly recommended!!! We will be back!"
