A stone-built, semi-detached farmhouse conversion located on a working livestock farm in beautiful rolling countryside, just one mile from Bolton-by-Bowland, near Clitheroe, and sleeping eight people in four bedrooms. Four bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 2 x twin (one zip/link, can be super king-size double on request), 1 x ground floor twin (zip/link, can be super king-size double on request). Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor wet room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with open fire. External utility.

Enclosed garden patio with furniture, BBQ and a children?s play castle available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 mile. Note: Due to the ground floor bedroom and wet room, this property may be suitable for those with limited mobility.

The Yorkshire Dales village of Bolton-by-Bowland is in the Ribble Valley and has a shop, two pubs serving food and a tea room. The Ribble Valley is an AONB, while nearby Clitheroe offers a whole host of amenities including a very interesting sausage shop. The area is ideal for touring the Lakes and the Dales.
