Minafon is an exquisite semi detached stone cottage in the village of Llangynog in North Wales at the heart of the Berwyn Mountains. The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms one king size double with electric wood burner effect stove, and one second floor double. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. There is a kitchen with a dining area, a snug and a sitting room with an electric wood burner effect stove. Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio furniture and there is FOC parking in the village car park. Two well behaved pets are welcome. Minafon is a fantastic base for families or friends to be enjoyed at any time of the year. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Oil central heating with electric woodburner-effect stoves. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking opposite cottage in FOC village car park. Enclosed garden with patio, furniture. Four well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Situated close to the road so some associated noise associated may be heard. Note: Sloping ceilings and some restricted head height in the second floor double bedroom. Note: The double bedroom is accessed via stairs from the snug. Note: Mobile signal is intermittent due to location. Note: Stairs are fairly steep.

Llangynog lies amidst the Berwyn Mountains and surrounding wooded hills and valleys. The area has a history of lead, silver and slate mining dating back to the 17th Century but today it is a renowned location for climbing, birdwatching, walking and cycling, with famous mountain bike trails near Dolgellau, and a mountain bike centre at Llandegla.
