Gas central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, CD/DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Patio furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 1 mile. Note: Due to livestock in the grounds, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Note: There is a stream running through the grounds, approximately 50 metres from the property, please be careful with children and dogs in this area.

The market town of Tavistock, the main town of Dartmoor's western moor, is an exceptionally attractive town, owing much to fine Victorian architecture and its picturesque location on the banks of the River Tavy. There is no shortage of shops and cafes in Tavistock, plus the town is home to the purpose built Pannier Market - a must for every visitor.
