Shared use of freezer in car port, washing machine and tumble dryer in owner's utility on request. 5 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Patio with furniture. Note: Children over 4 years only. Note: First floor has varied levels and may not suitable for those with limited mobility. Shop 3 miles, pub 2 mins walk. Note: There is a locked internal door to the owner's utility. Note: Please note that check-in for this property is 4pm.

Forden is a small village situated between Welshpool and Montgomery. It is close to the border with Shropshire and to the Offa's Dyke footpath and is within sight of Long Mountain. The village has a local pub, the Railway Inn.
