The Byres is a beautiful, homely barn conversion situated on Newburgh Farm Steading in Selkirk. Hosting six bedrooms; three doubles, a king-size with en-suite bathroom, a family room with a double and two singles and a ground floor twin with wheelchair access from the hallway to the courtyard outside. There is also two shower rooms, one on the ground floor, a kitchen with a sitting area, a sitting room with a billiard table, a dining room and an extra sitting/play room. Outside is a private enclosed garden and a shared courtyard along with ample off-road parking. The Byres is a wonderful holiday cottage to be enjoyed with family and friends.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, high-chair and stairgates are available on request. Ample off-road parking. Lockable storage is available for bikes, fishing gear etc. on request and there is a freezer for your catch. Private enclosed garden and shared courtyard with 4 acres of land, a stream and picnic bench. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 6 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: ample wheelchair access available. Note: This property has a private water supply.
