Lea Cottage is a charming Tudor style cottage located on the edge of the Shropshire Hills near Much Wenlock. The cottage currently sleeps six within its three double bedrooms, with a family shower room on its first floor. The ground level house a kitchen and sitting room, with an additional play room currently on the first floor. Surrounded by well-kept gardens, there is a patio area with a gas barbecue and off road parking. Located just a few miles from Much Wenlock and eleven miles from the historic charms of Telford, Lea Cottage offers a stylish base from which to enjoy your Shropshire holiday.

Gas central heating with electric fire. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 X TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Enclosed lawned garden with patio area, furniture and BBQ. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Three steps from ground floor to dining room and ground floor bedroom. Please exercise caution when using path if icy, wet or pebble stones on path.

Considered as the birthplace of the modern Olympic Games, Much Wenlock is a market town that has been around for 700 years. The town offers an array of shops, pubs and restaurants along twisting streets and black and white half-timbered buildings. With the 15 mile long Wenlock Edge there is plenty walking, cycling and riding to be done here. Nearby are other towns including Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth and Ludlow.
