This modern, mid-terrace cottage is situated on The Bay holiday village, three miles from FIley, and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area.
Blue Bay House is a modern, mid-terrace cottage situated on The Bay holiday village, three miles from Filey. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a double and a twin room. There is also a bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside there is a small rear patio with furniture and communal grounds with picnic areas and lakes. On-site facilities include an indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. There is also off road parking for one car. Blue Bay House is a fantastic choice in an ideal location. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car. Small rear patio with furniture. Communal grounds with picnic areas and lakes. Communal leisure facilities inc. free use of indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Optional charge for other facilities inc. scuba diving lessons, fishing, bike hire, beauticians, archery etc. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, chemist and pub 1 min walk. Beach 1 mile. Note: Use of the indoor heated swimming pool, children's pool, sauna and steam room is included in the rental price. Other facilities and activities are available at additional cost, payable on-site. Note: Open lakes in grounds, children and pets should be supervised at all times. Note: Between the dates of 4th November to 16th December the leisure centre will be under renovation with no access to the pool, sauna and steam room. The gymnasium will still be accessible. However, there will be access to the Flower of May campsite swimming pool Monday to Friday. Access is complimentary with the Bay leisure pass.

Filey is a traditional English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday. A fishing town on the North East Coast, Filey has enjoyed a reputation of being a resort since Victorian times, set beside the magnificent Filey Bay, a long stretch of beautiful sand, with Filey Brigg and its shallow rockpools to the north. The town itself seems almost caught in a time warp, retaining much of its character with individual shops, narrow paths and ginnels.
