Facilities & Amenities
Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, selection of books and games, WiFi and TVs. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Off-road parking for three cars and shed storage. Enclosed front garden with fire pit and seating and enclosed rear garden. One well-behaved pet welcome (All though enclosed garden, cannot guarantee pet proof) Sorry, no smoking. Shop within 0.3 miles and pub within 0.5 miles. Please note: Welsh Water are replacing pipework in the local vicinity, this involved the occasional heavy duty vehicle driving past the property between the hours of 8am-4pm Monday to Friday. There is also a temporary car park to the North of the property. The work is approximately 35 meters away from the property itself. Work is due to be completed by November 2019.

Tywyn is town resting on the sweep of Cardigan Bay, perched on the Cader Idris mountain range, on the edge of the coast. Within the town you will find regular open-air market and local shops offering a wide range of local produce and gifts, as well as convenient shops, restaurants and pubs. Further afield attractions include the towns of Dolgellau and Aberdovey, and the historic sites of Harlech Castle, Llanfair Slate Caverns and the Talyllyn Railway.
