Overview
A spacious, beautiful barn conversion on the edge of Lanreath, eight miles from the lively harbour town of Looe, with two bedrooms accommodating four people. Mostly ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x first floor double with balcony, TV and en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin with TV and en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC. Basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with woodburning stove. Cot and Highchair available. Shared games room with table tennis, pool table, dart board and table football.
Riccan Cottage is a beautiful, spacious barn conversion near Looe, in a lovely farm setting on the edge of Lanreath village. The property is set mostly on the ground floor, with one master double bedroom upstairs with a balcony to enjoy the pretty surrounding countryside. There is also a twin room downstairs, and both rooms have excellent en-suite facilities. The sitting room enjoys exposed beams and an apex ceiling, along with a woodburner. Next door, the kitchen is well-equipped with a dining table and outside is a garden and off road parking for two cars. Guests can also make use of a shared tennis court and a games room, with table tennis and a pool table. A excellent holiday base for exploring Cornwall's south coast!
