A detached cottage near the town of Sedbergh in Cumbria that can sleep up to eighteen people in seven bedrooms. Seven bedrooms: 1 x super king-size zip link double (can be twin on request) with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x king-size double with pull out stacker and en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x super king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request), 1 x king-size double with sofa bed and with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x king size double , 1 x family room with one super king (zip/link, can be twin on request) and one single bed with single sofa bed. Bathroom with free standing bath, walk in shower, basin and WC. 1 x ground floor king-size double. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Lower ground floor wet room shower. Separate WC. Changing area with basin. Lower ground floor kitchen with breakfast bar (seats 4), with adjoining utility. Lower ground floor dining room (seat 18). Lower ground floor snug with woodburning stove. Lower ground floor sitting room with entrance hall (wood-store) and multi-fuel stove. Lower ground floor leisure suite with heated pool (18m x 5m), steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Lower, lower ground floor (accessed by spiral staircase) yoga/Pilates area.
High Fellside Hall is a detached farmhouse near the town of Sedbergh in Cumbria. It has seven bedrooms, including A super-king size bed with an en-suite, a super-king size zip/link which can be twins on request, a super-king size bed which are ziplink and can be twin beds with a single bed and a single sofabed, a king size bed leading up to a pull-out stacker bed with an en-suite shower room, a king-size bed with a sofabed and en-suite shower room and a single room with a pullout stacker, there is also a bathroom, two shower rooms and a cloakroom, the property can sleep up to eighteen people. Also inside there is a kitchen, dining room, snug room with a woodburning stove, a sitting room with a multi-fuel stove, a leisure suite and a yoga area. To the outside there is off road parking for ten cars, lawned areas and three patios with furniture and a charcoal barbecue. High Fellside Hall is a fantastic property in a great rural location. From heather-clad moors and limestone scars, to market towns and the steady pace of country life - the sublime Dales await you! Gas underfloor central heating with a woodburning stoves and a Rangemaster 3 cooker with gas hob and hot plate, microwave, fridge/freezer, drinks fridge, washer dryer, 2 x dishwashers, 6 x Smart TVs with FreeSat, Audio system throughout, Playstation 4, WiFi - Super Fast Broadband, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and fuel for fires inc. in rent. Starter pack for woodburner included in rental. The owner will advise you where to purchase extra at the property. Bed linen, robes and towels inc. in rent, please bring own towels for swimming pool. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 10 cars. Formal gardens, lawned areas and three seperate seating areas including a south facing high level patio area with charcoal BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 3.5 miles, pub 8 mins walk. Note: The leisure suite is to be locked off when not in use. Children to be supervised at all times. Note: Check-in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. Note: This property can be booked together with High View Barn from late spring and can sleep 34 people including 2 infants. Please note: The owner is able to assist with local contacts for cateters & suppliers. Please note: Sunday changeovers are not allowed on this property.

Sedbergh is a town in northern Dentdale. It is in the Yorkshire Dales National Park and is 12 miles from the Lake District National Park. The town, with its narrow streets, shops, pubs, school dating back to 1525 and its 12th century church, has an olde worlde atmosphere. Leading from Sedbergh is Dentdale, with its hills and stone walls, stretching 14 miles from Whernside to the confluence of the Rivers Dee and Rawthey. There are three golf courses nearby, as well as tennis, riding, and fishing, and the area is a paradise for walkers, ramblers, runners and cyclists. This, together with the tranquility of the area, the two National Parks and it being England's book town, makes an ideal year-round holiday destination.

"After an excellent stay in 2018 we had to return to High Fellside Hall again. The house was just as lovely as we remembered and the better weather allowed us to enjoy lovely outside areas the house provides looking onto the Yorkshire Dales. The house is amazingly well furnished and we made good use of the sizeable pool and hot tub (the latter is excellent for those on walking holidays with tired legs). Given it's removed location the house has incredible WiFi which was very appreciated! I highly recommend High Fellside Hall (and the additional High View Barn for larger groups). We look forward to staying again!"
"This superb converted and extended farmhouse has everything that you could ever want. Every laboursaving device. Huge fridge and freezer . The rooms all beautifully decorated. An immense swimming pool, Jacuzzi and hot tub. The setting idyllic. A place not to be missed."
