Gas central heating with open fire. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Smart TV, WIFI, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Raised gravelled patio area with furniture. Off road parking in local car park 2 mins walk away with permit provided for 1 car. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: Steep steps to patio area. Note: Trains run hourly until 7pm from Mar - Nov, limited service in winter months. Pullman Dining Trains run infrequently until 10.15pm. Note: Some associated train noise can be heard from the property. Very steep steps up to the patio, may not be suitable for any persons with mobility issues. Unfortunately there is no drop off outside the property, guests will need to unload at the car park and walk a short distance to the property.

The historic market town of Pickering has many amenities including traditional shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants. The town is often referred to as the gateway to the breath-taking North York Moors National Park.
