Ivy Cottage is a delightful end-terrace cottage overlooking a village green close to the centre of Helmsley in the North York Moors National Park. The cottage sleeps five people and has a double bedroom, a twin room, a single and a family bathroom. On the ground floor is a fitted kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a conservatory. Outside is a lawned garden and roadside parking. With the town's market square just a couple of minutes' walk away, Ivy Cottage is a superb base for a holiday in this magnificent part of Yorkshire. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Roadside parking is easily accessible around the village green outside the property. Secure bike storage. Rear lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 mins walk. Note: The stove visible in the sitting room is not in use and is for decoration purposes only. No Stag/Hen or similar allowed at property.

Situated on the southern edge of the North York Moors National Park, Helmsley is a prestigious market town with a spacious market square surrounded by houses, hotels and shops. There is excellent walking on the doorstep, the Cleveland Way starts in Helmsley, and the surrounding North York Moors with their hidden dales and villages are pretty in all seasons.
