Electric boot dryer in boot room can dry 4 pairs of boots. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking available and a public car park over the road - there is a parking permit available for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 mins and pub 3 mins walk. Note: This property is suitable for families. Note: This property has a 4pm check in and 10am check out time

in the village of Grasmere there are a number of shops, pubs, a church which dates back to the 13th century and Grasmere Lake, plus Grasmere Sports takes place every August, where you can watch participants compete in a variety of sports, including Cumberland Wrestling. Just five miles away is the town of Ambleside and Lake Winderemere where you will find shops, pubs, restaurants and the 17th century Bridge House, which is one of the most photographed buildings in the Lake District.

"Really well presented house with lots of space and a very well appointed kitchen with a washer dryer (great for sorting clothes after long muddy hikes). The house was prepped for Christmas with a fully decorated tree and all the trimmings with a bottle of Prosecco and a personalised welcome message to my family. Perfectly located for the local pubs and restaurants as well as a variety of mountain and fell walks. 5 stars!"
