This stunning house is situated in the heart of the charming market town of Lymington, at the southern edge of the New Forest National Park and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Four bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite roll-top bath, basin and WC, 1 x double, 1 x twin, 1 x ground floor adult bunks. Ground floor wet room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Sitting room (seats 6) with open fire.

The open plan living area features a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area. There a separate sitting room with an open fire and also a ground floor wet room. Outside, there is off road parking for one car and a private patio with furniture. Quay Hill Studio is a fantastic property to be enjoyed at any time of the year. Gas central heating with open fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter packs for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car, plus further free off road parking nearby and pay and display car parks in town. Enclosed patio with furniture. Front patio garden. Well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs, quay and train station 2 mins walk. Note: There are a number of steps leading to the front of the property and also in the rear patio. Note: Sloping ceilings in three of the bedrooms. Note: The top bunk bed is suitable for children aged up to 16 years only. Note: This property can accept a maximum of 7 adults.

The charming market town of Lymington is situated on the west bank of the Lymington River at the western end of The Solent, at the southern edge of the New Forest National Park. As well as being a favoured sailing resort, there are also regular ferry links to the Isle of Wight. The town boasts an array of interesting boutiques and craft shops, or you can treat yourselves to a meal at one of the numerous local restaurants.
