This lovely mid-terrace cottage is close to the town of Filey near to Scarborough and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
61 The Parade is a lovely mid-terrace cottage situated close to the town of Filey just seven and a half miles from Scarborough in North Yorkshire. The cottage can sleep four people in one double bedroom and one twin room, together with family bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for one car and a private patio with furniture and BBQ as well as on-site facilities. 61 The Parade is a superb base for exploring this lovely part of the country. The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Communal grounds with picnic areas and lakes. Communal leisure facilities inc. free use of indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Optional charge for other facilities inc. gym, scuba diving lessons, fishing, bike hire etc. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Beach 1 mile.

Filey is a traditional English seaside resort with a friendly atmosphere, offering a restful holiday. A fishing town on the North East Coast, Filey has enjoyed a reputation of being a resort since Victorian times, set beside the magnificent Filey Bay, a long stretch of beautiful sand, with Filey Brigg and its shallow rockpools to the north.

"We have stayed at The Bay resort 5 times but this property has been the best - It is a home from home and beautifully decorated and clean It is about 3 miles out of Filey centre but this meant a lovely beach walk each day.The location is great for exploring the local area too. We hope to be back !!"
