This lovely semi-detached cottage is situated near to the town of Enniscorthy just fourteen miles from Wexford in County Wexford. The cottage can sleet six people in two ground floor bedrooms, one double and one twin and ground floor wet room together with one first floor double bedroom with en-suite shower. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with open fire. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a private front and rear garden with furniture. Berrylane is in an ideal location for exploring this beautiful part of the country. Known as the "Sunny SouthEast", the counties of Wicklow, Wexford, Waterford, and Tipperary offer everything you could need for a dream holiday in Ireland. Miles of sandy beach and scenic drives taking in mountains and coast are on your doorstep.

Private front garden and rear patio with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: There are three steps down to the garden and care should be taken.

Enniscorthy is the second-largest town in County Wexford and has a history dating back over 1500 years. It is situated at the tidal extreme of the River Slaney, approximately 14 miles to the north of Wexford. The town has a hilly feel and boasts a splendid Norman castle, which is home to the Wexford County Museum containing items of local and agricultural interest. There is a further interactive museum in the town dedicated to telling the story of the famous 1798 rising.

"Just home from stay here in Berrylane. Cannot recommend this lovely little cottage more. Views to die for close to town of Enniscourthy. Comfortable clean and the host Sharon easy to contact if needed. House had a homely relaxed feel like home from home, facilities great in house plenty of towels etc. Welcome pack on arrival of tea coffe milk bread butter and eggs couldn't ask for more Great for a family or if you want time out. Disability access briliant was so good to see this as many places lack this. Out side pattio with large table and chairs and gas bbq ideal for summer evenings. Really recommend Berry lane to all well worth a visit. Will defiantly be back finances allowing. Huge thank you for a perfect family break away."
