Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.2 miles, Lastra Farm restaurant 5 minute walk. Note : Access to the back garden is through the conservatory door, out onto an enclosed small courtyard area then up 5 steps to a gated enclosed garden with decking area and furniture.
