Three bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite bathroom with hand-held shower, shower over bath, basin and WC, 1 x double and 1 x single (both accessed through master bedroom). Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

It offers three bedrooms; a king-size with an en-suite which leads onto a further double and a single, the property can sleep up to five people. The interior also offers an open-plan living area comprising a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. To the outside you will find off road parking and a shared decking with furniture. Heather is a cosy property in a peaceful, rural location. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Highchair and travel cot available on request. Ample off road parking. Shared decking with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub below property. Note: Some low ceilings in property. Note: The only bathroom in the property is the en-suite. Note: Property accessed via an external staircase and children to be supervised when on the decking. Please note: The restaurant in the pub is unavailable until further notice.

Graigfechan is a village in North Wales, three miles from Ruthin, north of Llangollen. The village has a pub serving food, and is the start of the Offa's Dyke Walk 5. Ruthin has history along with shops and half-timbered buildings. The countryside is on the doorstep, whilst lovely Llangollen, the River Dee, Lake Brenig, Moel Famau, Loggerheads Country Park and Clocaenog Forest are all nearby. Further afield is the Snowdonia National Park, Shrewsbury and the city of Chester.
