This detached farmhouse is near the village of Llandysul in South Wales and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Over three floors. Four bedrooms with TV: 2 x super king-size double (one with en-suite shower, basin and WC), 1 x lower ground floor twin with en-suite bath, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Lower ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen. Dining room. Sitting room with woodburner. Study.
The Farmhouse is a detached farmhouse near the village of Llandysul in South Wales and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Set over three floors, there are four bedrooms comprising of two super king-size doubles, one benefiting from en-suite facilities, as well as two twin rooms, one of which is on the lower ground floor and also includes an en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom, as well as a cloakroom on the lower ground floor. The farmhouse-style dining room is a welcoming place for socialising and leads to a well-equipped kitchen. The sitting room has plenty of comfy seating, as well as a delightful woodburner, and there is also a separate study with a corner sofa. Outside, there is off road parking for four cars, two decked areas with a hot tub and furniture as well as a fully enclosed lawned garden. The Farmhouse is a superb base for a wonderful holiday at any time of the year. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. Llandysul is a village with a selection of shops, tea rooms and pubs, and even its own canoeing club. Visit nearby New Quay or one of the numerous beaches on the Cardiganshire, Carmarthenshire or Pembrokeshire coastline. Boat trips to spot dolphins, white water rafting or a trip on a steam railway may appeal or perhaps a day out to explore all the historic castles, mills and gardens open for you to enjoy.

"The Farmhouse is set on a smallholding with other holiday cottages. The garden is fully enclosed and very dog safe (great for us) and had a fab hot tub. The house has four bedrooms with three bathrooms, so everyone had their own space. We are animal lovers so thoroughly enjoyed the donkey and horses, the pigs, chickens, the cockerel, and in particular the rheas who were nesting. Very friendly and helpful owners. Very happy with our stay and the sun even shone!"
