This beautifully renovated cottage is in the village of Lamphey in Pembrokeshire and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x double, 1 x twin with pull-out trundle beds (suitable for children under 12). Bathroom with roll-top bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

The cottage can sleep six people in three bedrooms, comprising a king-size double with en-suite facilities, a double and a twin with extra pull-out trundle beds, suitable for children under 12, as well as a family bathroom. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for four cars and an enclosed patio with furniture and an adjacent raised lawned area. Located in some stunning countryside, The Annexe at The Old Farm is a lovely cottage for a good holiday at any time of the year. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Oil underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed patio with furniture, and adjacent raised lawn area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Farm shop 1 mile, pub 2 miles. Note: Owner lives adjacent with their pet dogs, however dogs are not allowed in the property. Note: The trundle beds in the twin room are only suitable for children under 12 years old. Note: Max 6 adults
