Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WIFI. Fuel, power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Rear decking with a table and chairs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. There are two pubs in the village within a 5 min walk. Note: Adults only.

The village of Middleton nestles on a hillside above Wirksworth and Cromford, it's also 6 miles from Matlock. The village has two pubs. Wirksworth has a selection of shops and amenities. The countryside is a walker's and cyclist's paradise, with the disused High Peak Railway line, recently converted into The High Peak Cycle Trail. Matlock provides a range of shops and pubs, whilst the National Trust properties and museums throughout the area are not to be missed. A great location at any time of year!

"Absolutely spot on. Helen and Rod are great hosts, who kindly let this stunning place out. A mini apartment with all amenities, and I mean everything. There's even your own washing machine if staying for longer. This is an ideal location for the lower part of the Peaks, and Helen or Rod will point you to great locations. Oh, and D.H.Lawrence also lived just up the road."
