This wing of the owner's home is situated two miles from Rye and sleeps six people in two bedrooms. Two bedrooms with Sky TV: 1 x king-size double with outside access, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor wet room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and two sitting areas (one with double sofa bed).

This delightful cottage sleeps six people in two bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double with outside access, one twin and one double sofa bed located in the sitting area. The property also benefits from a family bathroom and a ground floor wet room, along with an open plan kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and lawned gardens with patio, furniture and barbecue. Located two miles from Rye and six miles from Camber Sands, Willow Cottage is an ideal base for a Sussex holiday. With many quaint, seaside and market towns, historic sites and miles of glorious coastline to explore, Sussex has it all for a great holiday destination.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with basic Sky, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Hot Tub. Off road parking for 2 cars. Dog secure private garden/ terrace with BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Due to the waste unit at the cottage, bleach and antibacterial products must not be used, all products for cleaning are provided by the owner. Note: No unacceptable products to be disposed of in WC. Note: Due to the outside access from the master bedroom with steps down to the garden, children must be supervised at all times.

Rye is a 13th century cinque port in East Sussex, host to the River Rother, Romney Marshes and a history dating back before the Norman Conquest. A cobbled town offering an excellent array of unusual shops, antique emporiums, galleries selling local artist paintings and pottery, Rye also has a delightful range of tea rooms, restaurants, pubs and historic inns.

"The property is welcomming from the momment you walk in,everything you need to have a home from home experience.The owners Nina and Mark are very accommodating.The property caters for everyone including the dog,bowls, throws,towels and even a bed what more could your four legged friend need.Ihave just returned after spending a fortnight there with family,a wonderful time had by all.We will defiantly returning next year as this is by far the best property we have ever had as a holiday rental."
"Arrived to a friendly welcome and a hamper of treats. We were looking for a base to go for walks and Willow Cottage was perfect for that, walks from the cottage and walks with a drive to see the sights of Dungeness and Camber. The cottage is well furnished and very comfortable, the entrance area is brilliant for removing boots and rubbing down a muddy tired dog. Was a very social layout which worked well when there was just 2 of us and also when my parents popped over for a couple of nights. Towels, bowls and a bed should they be required for the dog and a great touch providing throws for furniture as a dog used to sofas at home is hard to keep off over night so better to be prepared! A lovely private garden which would be lovely in the summer. Comfy beds and bathrooms, an array of Sky/wifi which is better than we have at home... Would thoroughly recommend Willow Cottage and if you do stay a takeaway from Mahdi Spice in Rye who deliver is a great option if you're not full from all the local dog friendly pub lunches. "
"Just back from 2 relaxing nights in this gorgeous cottage. We went for the views and photo opportunities and weren't disappointed - with sunsets to die for. The cottage is well equipped, immaculately clean and tidy, and our every whim catered for, plus a little bit more. Nina and Mark were very friendly and, like previous guests, we intend to return! "
