This upside down Alpine-style lodge is set on the Honicombe Park Resort near Gunnislake in Cornwall and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Three ground floor bedrooms: 1 x double with Jack-and-Jill access to bathroom, 2 x twin. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. First floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a south-facing balcony.
Brookside is a homely upside down lodge set on the Honicombe Park Resort near Gunnislake in Cornwall and benefits from a range of on-site facilities including use of a swimming pool, gym and sauna. The lodge can sleep six people in three bedrooms and has a family bathroom as well as an additional shower room. The lodge features an open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. Benefiting from a first floor south-facing balcony with furniture and countryside views, the lodge also has off road parking for one car. Brookside has walking in the Tamar Valley nearby as well as a wide variety of other activities and is ideal for a family or group of friends wishing to explore this spectacular area

Electric central heating and electric storage heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi available on-site in leisure areas, selection of books, games, DVDs and Xbox 360. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Free private WiFi is available in the lodge and public WiFi on-site in leisure areas. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio with hot tub and furniture, balcony with furniture and sun loungers. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Bar and restaurant on the resort open during main season. Note: Shared use of on-site leisure club at Honicombe Park (closed 25th December and 1st January only) including indoor heated pool, outdoor heated pool (May ? Sep inclusive), sauna, mini gym, outdoor chess and tennis courts. Note: Due to the balcony children must be supervised at all times.

"We stayed at Brookside for the October half term with our two boys aged 11 and 14 and a friends son also aged 11. We also took our three dogs. The accommodation was lovely. Very warm on arrival, a lovely box of goodies had been left for us, even something for the dogs which was really appreciated. The accommodation was clean and very well equipped. The folder contained all the info we needed about the accommodation, resort and surrounding area. The boys loved the Xbox and the WiFi and the hot tub. We will definitely return again. There are lots of places to visit and walk the dogs off site."
