Oak Cottage is a fantastic end-terrace barn conversion surrounded by countryside near Newcastle Emlyn. The cottage sleeps three people in two bedrooms, a double with a balcony where you can enjoy the views, and a single room. There is also a shower room, an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area and a conservatory with comfy seating. Outside there is allocated off road parking for one car, plus a visitor space, and there is a small enclosed patio garden. Oak Cottage provides a delightful getaway for a couple or a small group. Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair (no cot bedding provided). Allocated off road parking for 1 car, plus 1 visitor space. Secure bike storage on request. Bike washing area. Balcony with seating. Small enclosed patio garden with hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3.5 miles. Note: Children to be supervised at all times when on the balcony. Note: There is a small enclosed garden space for dogs, however they can be exercised on a lead in the garden to the front of the property.

The bustling market town of Newcastle Emlyn is set on the River Teifi and offers an array of shops, both unique local producers and larger chain stores, such as designer clothes, crafts and jewellery, antiques, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and a ruined castle, plus fishing permits are available nearby. Surrounding Newcastle Emlyn is beautiful countryside, whilst the rugged Cardiganshire coastline is just six miles away, where you have the opportunity to visit Cardigan Island Farm Park, wonderful sandy beaches, or take a boat trip to spot dolphins and seals at New Quay.
