Kentrigg House is a superb large detached period property located just out of the centre of Kendal next to the golf course and can sleep twelve people in five bedrooms. These consist of a super king-size double with en-suite, two king-size doubles and two family rooms with Jack-and-Jill access to a shower room. There is also a family bathroom. There is a cloakroom on the ground floor. The rest of the property consists of a kitchen with dining area with breakfast bar and woodburning stove, a utility, and two sitting rooms with open fires. There is also a conservatory. To the outside there is off road parking for four cars, lawned gardens with decked area, spa pool, covered veranda, patio and furniture. Kentrigg House is a fantastic property for friends and families to enjoy time together in the beautiful Lake District. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

An historic Lakeland town with a fine reputation for shopping, Kendal nestles on the banks of the River Kent and is known as the Southern Gateway to the Lakes. Its old cobbled lanes and byways branch off the attractive main street, and the stone ruins of 12th Century Kendal Castle sit perched on a hill with views over the town. Visit The Abbot Hall Art Gallery, its regular collection holding portraits by Kendal born George Romney and works by Turner and Ruskin, with other exhibitions through its links with the Tate.

The house is stunning with a fabulous large hot tub outside looking out to spectacular views, and has every amenity that you could require.
