Gas central heating with electric radiator. Gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine. TV, DVD player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and cot available. Parking available behind the property Saturday and Sunday, in the week parking is from 6pm in the evening to 8am the following Monday, Free parking on the sea front. Balcony with seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: There are stairs are leading up to the first floor of the property and further stairs upto the second floor. Note: Solicitors business downstairs only open Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm. Note: The fire in the sitting room is for display purposes only.

Sandwiched between Eastbourne and Hastings is the vibrant East Sussex coastal town of Bexhill-on-Sea, with its traditional, two-mile promenade with deck chairs and beach huts. Bexhill-on-Sea is also home to the world-famous De La Warr Pavilion, which features excellent arts programmes throughout the year. There are many interesting shops, museums and town gardens, plus a motoring heritage centre, as the town was home to the first British motor race meeting. The town also offers excellent sporting opportunities, with good golfing, sea fishing, sailing, windsurfing, wind kiting available and for walkers, the 1066 Country Walk.
