Causeway Cottage is a traditional cottage set in the village of Pencombe in Herefordshire. It has two king-size doubles and a twin room as well as a ground floor bathroom and a first floor cloakroom, it can sleep five people. The cottage comes with a kitchen, dining room and sitting room. Outside is a large garden with a patio area with furniture as well as lawned areas on several levels. A tremendous cottage in a sublime location, with walking and cycling in the area, as well as many places to visit. Herefordshire offers visitors the chance to journey through lush green countryside, enjoying splendid black-and-white timbered villages, a magnificent cathedral city, a fairytale Georgian castle at Eastnor or books galore in famous Hay-on-Wye.

Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Staircase with handrails, safety gates also available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned gardens with patio and pond. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: The garden is enclosed with hedges and three-rail fences and the garden pond does have a safety cover. However, because of this water feature, as well as the nearby brook and washing pool, parents are advised that children ? and especially young children without basic water safety ? must be closely supervised.

"I stayed at Causeway cottage with a group of friends and we loved the cottage. Pencombe was a perfect base from which to explore the beautiful Herefordshire countryside and the cottage a warm and comfortable home to return to. The local village pub is friendly and very convenient,The Three Horseshoes at Little. Cowarne has a very good restaurant. If you are not a walker there are a wealth of places to visit including National Trust properties. We enjoyed ending the day with a nice glass of wine on the patio, overlooking the village church in this peaceful rural location."
