There is a family bathroom. The rest of the property contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside of the property there is off road parking for two cars and a shared lawned area with patio and barbecue. The Old Parlour offers a real farm experience and is the perfect place to unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Somerset offers 3 areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty - the Quantock, Mendip and Blackdown Hills. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 10 mins walk. Note: There are 2 steps up to the front door; alternative step free access is available via the back door. Note: The cottage is located on a working farm with some associated sounds and smells. Note: Farm and wildlife tours by arrangement with the owner. Note: The property is situated in a remote, rural location accessed by narrow country lanes.

The tiny hamlet of Regil is one of the three villages that make up the Parish of Winford in North Somerset. Tucked away amongst picturesque, unspoilt countryside, dotted with cottages and farms, it is a tranquil rural spot, close to the Chew Valley Lakes and the Mendip Hills.
