Orchard View is a detached holiday home situated close to Pembridge in Herefordshire. It comes with three bedrooms which are made up of a super king-size, a king-size and a single room, there is also a bathroom and a cloakroom, the property sleeps five guests. Its interior also includes a kitchen/diner, a utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside you will find plenty of off-road parking, along with lawns and a patio with furniture, a fire pit, a barbecue and a hot tub. Orchard View is a characterful cottage for families or friends to enjoy all-year-round. Oil central heating, woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed rear lawned garden and patio with furniture, BBQ, fire pit, ping-pong table and hot tub. Two well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2.5 miles. Note: Dogs must be on a lead at all times when outside due to livestock. Note: Cottage is on the owners working family farm. Note: Customers are required to provide their own wood for the hot tub. This can be bought locally or from the owners directly.

"Brilliant weekend together at a fantastic venue. Just what we wanted, all as advertised. A group of friends booked a weekend away for a birthday in an isolated location. Hosts lovely, no neighbours to worry about. Buy a couple of bags of wood from the hosts and fire up the log fire and the wood burning hot tub (read the instructions, keep topping the wood up every 30 mins with a couple of new logs placed vertically and you'll be like lobsters in a pan within a few hours). We would rebook."
"On arrival we were greeted by a beautiful cottage. Stunning view and it sits on the most beautiful surroundings. Inside the large cottage, the decor is superb. It has everything you could need for a short or long vacation. Ideal for the much needed down time and relaxation. Dogs and children welcome. Great for couples, families and smaller groups. Beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom is a place of bliss, with a fantastic stand alone bath and inviting walk in shower. To top it off, it even has a hot tub........ heaven!!! Would highly recommend."
"Very quiet location and ideal for our dogs to be safe but free to run in the attached fields owned by the property landlords. Beautiful views of the orchard and young calves next to us and no houses in sight! The Cottage is superbly decorated with lovely homely touches. Well equipped for all our needs and clean and comfortable. This was a combined Christmas and Wedding present it was fabulous we couldn't have wanted anything better. The local village was quaint with local shops and a couple of pubs. We ate at the super Cider Mill restaurant down the road which was really special. Thanks to Jackie and Glynn who went out of their way to make us welcome."
