Ample off-road parking. Lawn and decking with furniture, outdoor warm water shower and hot tub. Two well behaved dogs welcome, No smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: The garden is extensive and includes a pond and some steep drops and steps, children to be supervised at all times.

The town of Ilfracombe lies on the North Devon coastline. It is a ten minute drive from Exmoor National Park, with its countryside and quaint villages. Ilfracombe has a heritage harbour and quay with pubs, restaurants and shops. Take a boat trip to Lundy Island. Ilfracombe is the centre for walking in England. To the east are Lynton and Lynmouth with its railway, to the west lie Clovelly and Hartland.
