This pretty semi-detached cottage is nestled in the heart of the bustling town of Frodsham, gateway to The Sandstone Trail, on the edge of the Cheshire Plains and can sleep two people in one bedroom. One first floor mezzanine double bedroom with sitting area. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar.

To the outside there is roadside parking on first come, first served basis and a patio courtyard with furniture, lawns and an orchard with seating. The Lair is the ideal spot for couples looking for a romantic break away to explore Cheshire, North Wales, Shropshire and Merseyside.

Gas central heating. Ceramic 2-ring hob, combination microwave/oven, fridge, washer/dryer, Smart TV with FreeSat, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Free roadside parking on first come, first served basis. Patio courtyard with furniture, large lawned area with orchard and seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 min walk. Railway station 2 mins walk. Note: Bedroom and sitting area form open plan studio room. Note: Railway passes bottom of garden with trains every 30 minutes, and occasional steam trains throughout summer months.

The market town of Frodsham in Cheshire is located at the foot of Overton Hill, just 11 miles from Chester city centre. The town offers a weekly market on the high street, along with numerous specialist shops, popular pubs and wine bars. The start of the Sandstone Trail commences in the town, and walks are available along the River Weaver.

"Booked this little lace for a week working away from home. Had no idea what to expect but on arrival I was very pleased. Kitchen and shower room downstairs with a bedroom (double bed) and sitting area upstairs. Unusual layout but works perfectly for a single traveller or a couple. Very comfortable and beautifully clean. Kitchen has everything you could need and all is very well appointed. The owner is very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Thanks Brian. Will defintely book again if I return to the ares."
